”Let’s talk about” Balance. We believe balance is the art of coming back to center (over and over again) by recognizing where you’re stuck and getting back into flow. Join Karen as she leads the discussion.
Group share. Where we’re stuck. Listen to women just like you sharing about what they want to improve.
8:30 - 9:15PM:
Workshop. Teaching and implementation of the CSA method (Compassion, Space, Action). Learning how to be more compassionate with yourself and why it’s imperative. Space to create your dream scenes - guidance on how to get more space in your life. Identifying the actions you can take to overcome your current challenge and to insert more space, joy, love or play into your life.
