In Phase 1 we discover the story behind your brand. We identify how you want your customers to feel when they experience your brand.
We’ll do a floor plan walk through, discuss brand values and brand story, your budget and begin to brainstorm how these things can be infused into your brand.

1-2 hour meeting on location presented 7-10 days post discovery meeting
In Phase 2 we go to work crafting your Unique Brand Experience Road Map - ELEVATE. This Road Map will outline specific initiatives on how to engage, delight and
ELEVATE your customer’s experience with your brand.

On location execution
In Phase 3 you are now armed with ELEVATE - your Unique Road Map.
A variety of initiatives and comps for your team to follow and execute OR we can execute your selected Road Map experiences for you.
