Check your kiddos into Goodness Kids childcare at 10am, work it out in class from 10:30am - 11:30am, and pick your little ones up at 12pm. Socialize, relax, and enjoy a cup of tea in the private lounge before and after class!

Goodness Kids childcare at The Space SaMo is a safe and supportive environment where our professional sitters keep a watchful eye over your kiddos while engaging them in age applicable Goodness! Goodness Kids is appropriate for walkers on up. Drop-ins are welcome; however, it is best to book in advance to secure your spot.

Cardio Barre is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise that combines barre work and light weights with continual burning motion to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. Taught by Kamilah Forster.
